Glass cut to the surveyed dimensions on the cutting line at the godown. Every cut is dimension-checked twice before edge work begins — once off the machine, once on the bench.

Heated to 620 °C in our own toughening furnaces, then quenched. Toughened glass is ~5× stronger than annealed, and shatters into small blunt-edged crumbs instead of large shards. Our own furnace on premises means we control the lead time, not a supplier.

The same person who took the brief schedules the fit-up. In-house fitters bring the right hardware, sealant, and toolkit for your hinges. Levels are checked, hinges torqued to spec, sealant beaded clean.
