One family.
Three generations.
All glass.

Mahaveer Glass House opened in Chickpete in 1987 as a single-window cutting shop. Today it's a family-run fabricator working at architectural scale, still from the same neighbourhood.

— How we think about it

Three things we believe about glass.

(01)

Glass is a finish, not a part.

Every panel we ship has been cut, edged, toughened and fitted by someone in our team. We don't consider it shipped until it's on your wall, level, and silently working.

(02)

Quietly engineered.

Nothing flashy on the front, plenty considered on the back. Hinges chosen for the climate. Hardware sized for the actual wall, not the catalogue page. The bead, sealed to last.

(03)

One number, one team.

The person who quotes the job sees it through to install. No handoffs, no "they said". If you call about a hinge five years from now, the same number answers.

“There’s a story I’ve heard from my father about an apartment in Frazer Town where we fitted a frameless shower in 1996. The owner moved out, two more families moved in. Same shower, same hinge. The hardware brand doesn’t even make that model any more. We do.”
