Terms and conditions.

These terms apply to your use of mahaveerglasshouse.com and to every quotation and order from Mahaveer Glass House, No. 32 (Old No. 34), B.V.K. Iyengar Road, Bangalore - 560053(GSTIN 29ACOPM2080N1ZY). By using the site or accepting a quote you agree to them.

The configurators return a costed quotation from our current catalogue prices, hardware costs and GST. They are accurate for the sizes and options you enter, but every opening is different. A quote becomes an order only after we have measured the site and confirmed it in writing.

Prices shown to visitors who are not signed in include a published discount and 18% GST. Prices can change without notice; a quotation you have downloaded holds for its validity period below.

Drawings produced by the configurators are for specification and approval. Fabrication follows the site measurement, not the drawing.

The following terms are printed on every quotation we issue:

1. Quotation valid for 15 days from issue date.
2. 60% advance with PO, 40% before dispatch. All payments via NEFT / RTGS / UPI / Google Pay.
3. Production lead time: 15-20 working days from confirmed advance and final site measurement.
4. Glass is custom-cut and toughened — once dispatched, returns are not accepted.
5. Installation included as quoted. Civil work, plumbing modifications, and site cleaning are owner scope.
6. Prices include GST @ 18%. State of supply: Karnataka. Subject to Karnataka jurisdiction. E&OE.

Fabricated glass and our fitting work carry a 5-year fabrication warranty against defects in workmanship. Hardware carries its manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty does not cover breakage after handover, damage from misuse, alteration by others, or building movement.

Toughened glass cannot be cut or drilled after toughening. Small inclusions, roller wave and minor edge marks within industry tolerances are characteristics of the material, not defects.

• You may use the configurators to price and specify glasswork for a home or project. You may not scrape, copy or resell the pricing, drawings or catalogue content.
• Staff, reseller and architect accounts are issued by us and are personal to the holder. Keep your sign-in private and tell us if it is compromised.
• Trade accounts quote at trade terms agreed separately in writing; those terms take precedence over this page where they differ.
• Do not submit false enquiries or use automated tools against the site.

The Glass House name, the window mark, the configurators, drawings, text and photographs on this site belong to Mahaveer Glass House or are used with permission. Hardware brand names belong to their owners.

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for delays caused by site readiness, third-party contractors, or events outside our control.

The website is provided as is. We correct errors when we find them but do not guarantee that it is free of them. A typographical error in a price does not bind us to sell at that price.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
